Architectural competition of the city

An architectural competition was held for the best project of the boutique residential complex on Konovaltsia Street. Architects from all over Ukraine took part. We chose the best project that preserved the cultural heritage of the city while seamlessly fitting into the Avalon style concept.

We also opened the Great shopping center as part of Avalon UP, strengthened our social initiatives, and launched conceptual campaigns that reinterpret Ukrainian traditions. 2025 became a year of decisions that shape the future.
