Construction Progress

In Section 5.3, the final stage of bricklaying is underway. Roof waterproofing has been completed, and the installation of window frames has begun, shaping the future appearance of the facade and the interior comfort of the spaces.

In Section 5.1, the installation of the final floor slab—a key structural milestone—has been completed. Bricklaying has now begun, marking the transition to the formation of the interior spaces.

In Section 5.2, work is actively underway on installing the floor slab for the 5th floor—construction is progressing steadily upward, maintaining both pace and quality of workmanship.

Parking (Section 5.0) — the concrete base for the foundation slab is currently being prepared, and waterproofing work is underway. This is a critical stage for ensuring the durability and functionality of the underground space.

Meanwhile, in sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.15, 3.16, 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6, construction is moving into its final stages: finishing work is in its final phase. Playgrounds have already been set up, street furniture and lighting have been installed, and landscaping and planting have been completed.

Avalon Magnolia is about a thoughtful balance: between the city’s dynamism and privacy, between functionality and aesthetics, between living spaces and the environment.
