On December 12, 2024, one of the most prestigious events in the construction industry of Ukraine — Ukrainian Building Awards — took place in Kyiv. This award is a recognition of the best practices, innovations and contribution to the development of modern cities.

Avalon won in the nomination “For the implementation of the best practices of urbanism and urban development in Ukraine”, confirming its position as a leader in the industry.

This award is not only the result of our work, but also proof that cities can be thoughtful, functional and aesthetically perfect. Each of our projects is about people, their stories and the future.
