Construction of the Avalon Yard residential complex is in full swing, and the project is taking shape more clearly every day. Every stage of the work is characterized by precision, quality, and thoughtful execution, which will very soon transform into a living space in the heart of the city.

 

Today, Avalon Yard exemplifies the coordinated work of teams, where not only speed but also quality control at every stage is paramount. Thanks to this, the pace of construction remains consistently high, and every detail is under the watchful eye of specialists.

In sections 5.1–5.3, facade work and the finishing of common areas are underway. Installation of elevator equipment has begun, and the internal gas supply networks are being laid.

 

In sections 6.1–6.3, facade work is actively underway, and interior work is already entering its final stages: plastering and screed pouring are being completed. At the same time, apartment entry doors are being installed and entryways are being finished. Installation of electrical and low-voltage networks, as well as internal water supply systems, is also continuing.

 

Sections 7.1–7.3 are in the final stages of exterior work. Railings are already being installed on the staircases and balconies, finishing work on the balconies and terraces is underway, and the installation of utility systems—electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems—is nearing completion.

 

In the parking area, work is underway on bricklaying for walls and partitions, and the finishing of utility rooms is continuing. The installation of high-voltage power supply lines to the transformer substation has already been completed. Concurrently, the installation of the domestic water supply station, drainage networks, and fire protection systems is underway.

 

Landscaping is also actively underway: in the promenade area, paving, landscaping, and the construction of children’s and sports playgrounds are in progress. The space is gradually coming to life, creating an environment where comfort is evident in every detail.

 

At the same time, work has begun on the second ring of the complex—as a logical continuation of the project. In section 8.6, the 6th-floor slab has been completed, and in section 8.7, the 2nd-floor slab. In section 8.8, work on the parking garage continues: the vertical structures are complete, and the floor slab is being installed. In section 8.5, the excavation has been completed and the base for the foundation slab has been prepared, while preparatory work is underway in sections 8.1–8.2.

Avalon Yard isn’t just about construction; it’s about creating an environment where the city feels closer. Very soon, residents will be able to start their day with a morning coffee overlooking the High Castle, and in the evening, simply step outside and feel the pulse of Lviv’s historic center.
