As part of the educational collaboration Avalon x Pro PM x Lviv Polytechnic, the second learning module has taken place, becoming an important practical stage for students of профильні specializations. This time, the learning process moved beyond lecture halls and was held directly at a real development site — the Avalon UP residential complex.

During the on-site module, students visited the project and had the opportunity to see firsthand how modern residential complexes are created: from the organization of the construction site to the engineering and technological solutions implemented at various stages of development. This format allowed participants to better understand how theoretical knowledge is transformed into real development processes.

An important part of the module was a lecture by Avalon’s Commercial Director, Oleksandr Baryliuk, during which students gained a practical perspective on the project from the developer’s point of view. The discussion focused on the key characteristics of Avalon UP, modern technologies and engineering solutions, as well as issues related to sales and market positioning. Oleksandr answered the most relevant and practical questions, sharing his experience of working with a product that must meet both technical requirements and the expectations of future residents.

Special attention within the module was given to the interaction between the developer as the client and the general contractor. Students learned about the principles of work organization on-site, process coordination, and the responsibilities of each party. Using Avalon UP as an example, where VirZakhidBud acts as the general contractor, participants gained insight into how effective cooperation between teams is built to achieve a high-quality result within planned timelines.

The second module became another step toward the main goal of the partnership — combining education with real practice. For Avalon, this collaboration is an investment in the development of future industry professionals and an opportunity to share experience while shaping a new generation of specialists who understand development comprehensively — from idea to implementation.
