Avalon Pop-up at Great Shopping Centre: an on-site consultation format at the heart of Avalon UP

On 12 February, the Avalon team hosted a pop-up activation at the Great shopping center, located within the Avalon UP residential complex. This was a new brand format that we are testing as a natural extension of the “everything close by” philosophy — not only for residents of the complex, but also for potential buyers who are considering property in Lviv for living or investment.
The main purpose of the pop-up zone was to introduce visitors to the Avalon brand, present the Avalon UP concept, and provide on-site consultations regarding available layouts, purchase terms and current offers. We deliberately stepped beyond the classic sales office format in order to be closer to people — in the space where they spend their time every day.
Throughout the day, the Avalon team engaged with visitors of the shopping center, residents and prospective buyers. In the lead-up to Valentine’s Day, we prepared themed compliments — heart-shaped balloons, sweet treats, Valentine cards and fortune cookies — creating a light, welcoming atmosphere and adding a touch of celebration. However, the key focus remained the same: the opportunity to receive a personalized consultation and choose an apartment that matches individual needs — from compact layouts to spacious options with panoramic views of the city.
For us, the most valuable part was the live dialogue with Avalon UP residents and Great visitors. We heard many positive and enthusiastic reviews about the shopping center, its tenant mix and its role in the everyday life of the neighborhood. People noted that Great is about convenience, saving time and a new level of quality of life — when key services, shopping and leisure are literally right next to home.
The pop-up at Great became not only a communication point for Avalon, but also an important test of a new service format: an off-site sales office that allows us to consult clients quickly, openly and comfortably — wherever it is most convenient for them. We believe that modern development is not only about construction, but also about flexibility, service and the ability to truly listen to people.
We sincerely thank everyone who visited, spoke with our team and shared their impressions. Avalon continues to create environments where comfort begins with the details — and we are already preparing our next activations in a format that brings the developer closer to people.
