The Avalon team, together with the Ridni Charitable Foundation, created an event that helped children take their first confident steps into the world of professions, open the door to the real business environment, and feel confident in their own abilities.

 

This day was an opportunity not only to see what a development company does, but also to understand that career dreams are entirely realistic.

 

For many children supported by the foundation, that was the first opportunity to talk to adults who love their work and are passionate about what they do. Often, they have no examples of professional success around them — people who have made their way and are ready to share their experience.

 

That is why the story of an Avalon employee can become a point of support, inspiration, or a turning point.

 

How was the day?

 

Inspiring, sincere, loud, and very real.

 

The children tried their hand at being SMM managers, sales managers, graphic designers, creative directors, project managers, marketers, and other professionals who shape the world of development.

 

They had the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the company, live “inside the profession,” ask their questions, and see how ideas, decisions, and projects are born.

 

Our global goal is to introduce colleagues to the option of mentoring.                

 

Mentoring is a form of support where a responsible adult becomes a friend and advisor to a child or teenager who is growing up without parental care.

 

It is not adoption or guardianship — the mentor does not live with the child, but communicates regularly and shares life experiences.                       

                                         

The main goal of mentoring is to help the child build trusting relationships, better adapt to adult life, and believe in their own worth. It is a relationship that changes the lives of both the child and the mentor.

 

The career guidance day organized by Avalon and Ridni was not just an event — it was a day of open hearts, big dreams, and small but fateful steps.
