• Experience in creating photo and video content.
• Editing and processing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects, Canva or others).
• Understanding the principles of visual identity and brand tone of voice.
• Ability to create creatives for various digital channels.
• Creativity, sense of style and knowledge of trends in social networks.
• Organization and ability to work according to a clear content plan.
• Willingness to travel to locations for filming.

• Content creation according to the monthly content plan.
• Shooting photos and videos (in the office and at the company's facilities).
• Video editing using footage, additional content and renders.
• Creating and adapting videos and photos according to the tone of voice, identity and style of the company.
• Collaboration with the digital team to prepare creatives for social networks (posts, reels, stories, YouTube, etc.).
• Participation in the formation of ideas together with the team and generation of own creative concepts.
• Turnkey video implementation: script > shooting > editing > release.
