Due to the expansion of the Marketing Department, we are looking for a Digital Analyst

Features:

  • Analysis of marketing channel performance (CPL, CAC, ROMI);
  • Analysis of the sales funnel at various stages of the decision-making process—from lead generation to sale;
  • CRM and sales analytics (deal sources, conversion, response time, etc.);
  • Lead quality assessment and cross-channel attribution;
  • Formulation and testing of growth hypotheses (creatives, landing pages, promotional campaigns, etc.);
  • Ad-hoc analytics based on departmental requests;
  • Building dashboards and automating reporting;
  • Ensuring the accuracy of tracking and data;
  • Market and competitor analysis.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking;
  • SQL + Excel / Google Sheets;
  • BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker);
  • Understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels;
  • Understanding of GA4 and other web analytics;
  • A/B testing;
  • Experience working with products involving long decision-making cycles and multiple touchpoints (calls, meetings, applications, etc.);
  • Ability to present findings.

Additional information:

Work schedule: Mon–Fri (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Probationary period: 3 months.
