Digital Analytics
Due to the expansion of the Marketing Department, we are looking for a Digital Analyst
Features:
- Analysis of marketing channel performance (CPL, CAC, ROMI);
- Analysis of the sales funnel at various stages of the decision-making process—from lead generation to sale;
- CRM and sales analytics (deal sources, conversion, response time, etc.);
- Lead quality assessment and cross-channel attribution;
- Formulation and testing of growth hypotheses (creatives, landing pages, promotional campaigns, etc.);
- Ad-hoc analytics based on departmental requests;
- Building dashboards and automating reporting;
- Ensuring the accuracy of tracking and data;
- Market and competitor analysis.
Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking;
- SQL + Excel / Google Sheets;
- BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker);
- Understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels;
- Understanding of GA4 and other web analytics;
- A/B testing;
- Experience working with products involving long decision-making cycles and multiple touchpoints (calls, meetings, applications, etc.);
- Ability to present findings.

Additional information:
Work schedule: Mon–Fri (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Probationary period: 3 months.
