Direct marketing manager
Due to the expansion of the Marketing Department, we are looking for a Direct Marketing Manager
What matters to us:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM / direct marketing or related fields;
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (eSputnik, Typeform, Zapier, or similar);
- Experience with long decision-making cycles, audience segmentation, and cohort analysis;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data: analysis, interpretation of results, conducting A/B tests;
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritizing tasks;
- Understanding of omnichannel communication principles and the customer journey (customer journey)
What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, messengers, and other channels);
- Building and developing an audience segmentation system based on CRM;
- Optimizing existing and creating new automated communication chains (customer journeys);
- Developing and supporting a direct marketing strategy focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation;
- Creating technical specifications and coordinating work with the designer, copywriter, and content team;
- Launching and adapting landing pages for direct campaigns (using no-code platforms, form services, and more);
- Regular reporting on key metrics and campaign results.

Additional information:
Work schedule: Mon–Fri (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Probationary period: 3 months.
