Internal Communications and Office Support Specialist
In connection with the expansion, our "Avalon" team is looking for a Internal Communications and Office Support Specialist.
Functional responsibilities:
- Development and support of internal communication channels (preparation of news, articles, posts for the Company's internal social network);
- Development of layouts for information posts, greetings, etc.;
- Organization of preparation and holding of corporate events, according to the Company's event calendar;
- Active participation in the employer brand development strategy;
- Preparation of presentations at the request of the Management and for the presentation of projects or results of HR activities;
- Support of the ambassador program and communication of the company's employer brand, well-being activities for a better employee experience;
- Administrative support of the office:
- maintaining the budget for office maintenance, preparation of reports on the use of funds;
- communication with contractors, contractual work;
- document management;
- maintaining incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- meeting and accompanying guests of the Company and management;
- administration of meeting rooms and maintaining them in good condition;
- providing the office with stationery, medical supplies, household goods necessary for the functioning of the office, ensuring the material and technical content of the office (furniture, plants, equipment, alarm system).
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at level B2/C1;
- Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs (special attention to PowerPoint and Excel);
- Minimal experience in the HR field (ideally working with HR brand, internal communications or basic experience in recruiting);
- Experience in organizing events;
- Fluent Ukrainian, written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish relationships.

Additional Information:
Working hours: Mon-Fri (09:00-18:00).
Trial period: 3 months.
