• Experience as a technical supervision engineer, in the field of residential or commercial construction, from 2 years;
• Availability of a technical supervision engineer certificate of class CC2, CC3;
• Higher construction education;
• Excellent planning skills and skills in monitoring the implementation of standards.

• Conducting production meetings with contractors;
• Control of construction and civil engineering works;
• Acceptance of completed works, in accordance with standards and requirements;
• Coordination, quality control and deadlines for project work;
• Organization of production meetings at the construction site and control of the implementation of decisions made at them and instructions given;
• Constant monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project implementation.
