• experience in the procurement of construction or other materials;
• experience in the direction of MTZ;
• experience in the construction industry will be an advantage;
• excellent planning skills and skills in monitoring the implementation of standards.

• formation of technical specifications for a specific material/service and quality requirements;
• analysis of proposals, specifications, search for information on the quality characteristics of materials/works to select the best proposal;
• search and preparation of the best commercial proposals;
• drawing up a schedule of tenders, deliveries and payments;
• negotiation with suppliers, preparation of a contract application;
• formation of prices according to the budget.
