Marketing manager
In connection with the expansion of the Marketing Department, we are looking for a Marketing Manager.
Our wishes:
- Education in the field of marketing, brand management;
- 2 years of work experience in the marketing/advertising department;
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking;
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, Canva, Trello, etc.;
- The ability to generate working ideas and proposals for brand development;
- Knowledge of modern trends in marketing development;
- The ability to work in a close team and complete tasks within the stipulated time.
Your tasks in the team:
1. Strategy and brand management:
- Participation in the formation and implementation of the marketing and brand strategy of the company and individual projects;
- Cooperation with the creative director on the creation / update / support of a single identity: tone of voice, visual style, narratives;
- Market research, competitors, trends for strategic planning and situational marketing;
- Participation in updating the concept of the premium segment and creating a positive customer experience, in particular, the implementation of a service model with elements of the concierge approach in cooperation with the AFS Management Company;
- Evaluation and optimization of promotion channels, analysis of budget effectiveness (ROMI, CPL, CPA).
2. Project launch and marketing support:
- Building and implementing a complete plan for launching new objects / products - from the concept to the final launch of the campaign;
- Development of marketing campaigns for different target audiences, including taking into account digital funnels;
- Collaboration with the digital team on promotion strategy:
media planning, content, social media, SEO, email marketing; - Setting up and monitoring campaign effectiveness (via Power BI or other analytical systems);
- Ensuring that marketing solutions are adapted to sales objectives.
3. Communications, PR, collaborations:
- Collaboration with the PR team and agencies to build the image of the company, employer brand and its management;
- Participation in preparing information for press releases and partnership announcements, etc.;
- Building partnerships and collaborations with brands and potential contracting partners to strengthen marketing campaigns or create additional marketing products for clients (for example, collaboration with brands);
- Participation in supporting events, openings, etc.
4. Operational marketing:
- Development of presentation materials (internal and external), including for management;
- Participation in planning the marketing budget;
- Ensuring the replacement of team functions during vacations or peak loads;
- Preparing reports, participating in weekly department meetings;
- Other tasks within the marketing function at the request of the Sales and Marketing Director or other company management.
