Sales Manager

In connection with the expansion, our "Avalon" team is looking for a Sales Manager.

Our wishes:

  • At least 3 years of experience in direct sales;

  • Higher education in a relevant field (Management, Administration) will be an advantage;

  • Proficient in spoken and written Ukrainian;

  • Self-reliant, responsible, meticulous, communicative, disciplined, and stress-resistant;

  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment;

  • Confident PC user (Windows, MS Office, Internet, Excel, email programs).

Your tasks in the team:

  • Ensuring that clients (apartment owners) are informed at all stages of construction, regarding: the configuration of the premises, technical characteristics, content, progress of construction work, delivery dates, status of communication connections, etc.;
  • Coordination of the call center and service managers at the facility regarding communication and interaction with clients (apartment owners);
  • Organization and control of the implementation of technical final inspections of the premises to future owners, with the aim of further transfer of the premises into ownership;
  • Comprehensive assistance to clients (apartment owners) when transferring sections to the balance of the condominium association (informing owners, organizing meetings, collecting owners' votes, etc.;
  • Assistance in resolving conflicts between clients and the company, timely informing management;
  • Coordination of the project for after-sales maintenance of repair work at the facilities (technical consultation of clients and coordination of after-sales maintenance).

Additional Information

Working hours: Mon-Fri (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
Trial period: 3 months.
