Construction of the Avalon Yard Club is steadily nearing completion. The project is entering its final phase, where every detail is being perfected—from engineering solutions to the aesthetics of the space.

To date, all external utility connections have been completed, the residential units have been finished, and electrical cables to the apartments, internet networks, and fire protection systems near the elevator shafts have been installed. Elevator equipment has been installed, and the waterproofing of the underground parking garage has been fully completed.

The final stage involves the installation of electrical and fire safety equipment in the parking garage, as well as ventilation systems in common areas. At the same time, work is actively underway on finishing the facades, installing concrete screeds, and laying internal water supply and sewerage networks.
