The construction of the Avalon Holiday and Holiday One residential complexes is steadily moving forward, creating a new rhythm of life close to nature. February was another month of active work on the construction site: teams of contractors are working in sync, adhering to a clear schedule and high quality standards.

 

The project is rapidly approaching the moment when future residents will be able to experience its main value — life by the lake. Holiday One: final stages of interior work

 

• In sections 1.1–1.2, construction work is entering its final stage. Final finishing work is underway in the common areas on each floor—these spaces shape the first impression of the building and set the tone for the daily life of its residents.
• In sections 2.1–2.2, screeding and plastering work has been completed in common areas on all floors. Currently, facade finishing, installation of cable trays in the MZK, and laying of water supply and sewage networks on the floors are actively underway.
• In sections 2.3–2.4, screeding and plastering work in common areas has also been completed. At the same time, facade work, installation of cable trays in the MZK, and laying of water supply and sewage engineering networks are being carried out.

Avalon Holiday: forming new queues

 

• The construction of the next sections of the complex is actively developing and demonstrating a stable pace.
• In section 22, the walls and internal partitions are being built, forming the layout of future apartments and the interior space of the building.
• In section 23, the masonry of the facade walls from the first to the eighth floor has been completed. Currently, window structures are being installed on the first and second floors.
• In section 24, the masonry of the facade walls from the first to the eighth floors has been completed. At the same time, work is underway on the masonry of the interior walls and partitions on the seventh floor. Window structures have already been installed on all floors, from the first to the eighth.
• In section 25, the internal walls and partitions of the fifth and sixth floors are being actively constructed. The installation of window structures on floors one through six has also been completed.
• In sections 26–27, an important construction stage has been completed — the installation of a monolithic floor slab above the fifth floor.
• In section 28, the monolithic floor slab above the sixth floor has been completed. Currently, monolithic vertical elements of the seventh floor are being installed.
• In section 29, the installation of the monolithic floor slab of the second floor has been completed.
