As of today, work on the building’s monolithic frame has been completed. The brickwork for the exterior walls and interior partitions, as well as window installation, is in its final stages. At the same time, facade and finishing work is actively underway, allowing the project to increasingly take on its architectural character. 

Equally important is the installation of utility systems. Work is underway in the complex to install heating, water supply, sewer, electrical, and storm drainage systems. These processes form the foundation for a comfortable and functional life for future residents.
