This belief became the foundation of our Valentine’s Day campaign — “Love Is Born of Love.” It is inspired by a quote from Hryhorii Skovoroda, reminding us that true love begins from within — from the desire to share warmth, to be attentive to others and to oneself.

 

At the heart of the campaign is not the holiday itself or its formal symbols. At the center is you — as the source of love. Someone who can share it with a partner, a friend, a colleague, a loved one, or simply with the world around them.

 

We speak of love not as a loud declaration, but as a daily action:

in a word, a glance, a small gesture of care, a thoughtful gift, a simple act of kindness.

 

Because true happiness lives in these small moments.

 

A Campaign That Brings Light

 

Starting from February 3, we have prepared special gestures of care for everyone who chooses Avalon. All clients who purchase a home during this period will receive an exclusive gift set featuring special packaging, meaningful Valentine’s cards, a sweet treat from Green Chef, Sabi Candles, a limited-edition thermal mug, sparkling wine, and a branded keychain. This is our way of saying “thank you” and offering something truly special.

 

A warm and welcoming atmosphere will fill Avalon’s sales center throughout the campaign. Guests will be treated to sweet delights, and on February 13, we invite everyone to enjoy signature cocktails prepared by Ivan Zelyk. On February 12, we will also meet you at Great Shopping Center. Visitors will be welcomed with balloons, sweet treats, special fortune messages in cookies and cards, and the opportunity to create and sign a unique Valentine’s card — for a loved one or for yourself.
