This Saturday, the courtyard of the Avalon UP residential complex was transformed into a space filled with warmth, joy, and lively interaction. Together with the Great shopping center, we organized an Easter fair that brought residents together in an atmosphere of celebration, shared emotions, and pleasant discoveries.

The event was a true reflection of how we envision life in a modern residential complex—where the space functions not only as a place to live, but as an environment for meetings, new connections, and shared moments.

A diverse program awaited guests throughout the day. Epicenter treated visitors to delicacies, creating the atmosphere of a cozy fair. Shoco presented exquisite Easter cakes and desserts that could be purchased right away for the holiday table.

Floral arrangements from Mozart added a special touch—guests could not only choose ready-made bouquets but also create their own, themed and truly unique ones. And at 7heaven, you could find sweets that added another delightful element to the festive mood.

A special program was prepared for the youngest guests: entertainers created an atmosphere of fun and joy, while the face-painting area allowed children to transform into fairy-tale characters and add even more color to the day.

The fair concluded with a performance by the folk band Eteria, which filled the space with live music, spring songs, and Ukrainian folk motifs. It was a moment when the festive atmosphere was felt particularly deeply—through music, traditions, and shared emotions.

This fair was not just an event, but yet another confirmation that Avalon UP is more than just a residential complex. It is a community of people who value quality of life, openness, and a sense of belonging to something greater.

We plan to continue similar initiatives in our residential complexes to create not only comfortable spaces but also a genuine community atmosphere where people want to live, meet, and share moments together.
