How does a real estate development project come to life, what decisions shape its future, and what goes unnoticed by the end consumer? These topics were discussed during the Young Business Club’s Company Visit at the Avalon Terra construction site.
The event brought together business owners and C-level executives whose professional activities are tied to the construction industry. It provided an opportunity to see a development project from the inside, exchange management experiences, and discuss approaches to implementing complex projects.
Real Estate Development as a Comprehensive System of Solutions
Yaroslav Voznyak, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, led the introduction to Avalon. During the meeting, he discussed Avalon’s operating principles, project management approaches, and the full development lifecycle.

From the formation of an idea, the selection of a land plot, and the development of a concept—to design, construction, commissioning, and the property’s long-term operation.
Special attention was paid to how decisions made in the early stages influence the quality of the final product, the functionality of the space, and its long-term value.
After all, for Avalon, development doesn’t end with the completion of a building. It’s about creating an environment that continues to evolve, come alive, and meet people’s needs even after construction is finished.

Construction from the Inside: From Concept to Concrete Solutions
The practical portion of the Company Visit took place directly at the Avalon Terra construction site.
Participants saw how the project is being implemented, familiarized themselves with the progress of construction work, and had the opportunity to examine processes that usually remain outside the scope of presentations and finished architectural renderings.
This format allowed for combining a strategic perspective on development with the practical aspects of implementation—from management decisions to on-site construction work.

A Space for Professional Dialogue
An open dialogue was a key part of the meeting. Young Business Club participants asked questions, shared their own experiences, and discussed the specifics of working in the construction industry.
For Avalon, these meetings are an opportunity not only to share expertise but also to build professional connections, exchange best practices, and foster an environment for collaboration among business representatives.
We are convinced that the industry’s development begins with openness to dialogue, the exchange of knowledge, and a willingness to share experiences. That is why we create opportunities to see our work from the inside—from the strategic concept to its implementation in the real world.
