The construction of Avalon Yard Club is confidently moving into its final stages of formation. The club-style residence in the center of Lviv is gradually taking on its architectural contours, while the interior spaces are gaining completeness and structure.

At this stage, the key phases of work that shape both the external architecture and the internal quality of the future residential environment have been completed.

At the final stage:

• masonry of internal walls and partitions;
• installation of aluminum structures in common areas and commercial premises;
• waterproofing and screed pouring on balconies.

Actively in progress:

• construction of elevator shafts;
• parking waterproofing;
• façade insulation;
• installation of engineering systems (water supply, sewage, electrical systems);
• laying of cable lines to apartments;
• interior finishing works;
• installation of metal flashings and parapets.

Completed:

• installation of all window structures;
• completion of comprehensive waterproofing works;
• screed pouring.
• at the final phase:
• routing of electrical cables along the façades.

Each stage is carried out with a strong focus on execution quality, technological precision, and the long-term reliability of structural solutions. Avalon Yard Club is being shaped as a space where people, comfort, privacy, and urban aesthetics are at the center.
