In connection with the expansion of the Marketing Department, we are looking for a Brand Manager / Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management and Positioning

  • Building and developing the Avalon brand and individual residential complexes
  • Ensuring all communications align with the brand strategy
  • Developing the positioning of each residential complex in line with its unique characteristics
  • Maintaining a consistent tone of voice across all communication channels

 
2. Product Management (key area of responsibility)

  • In-depth understanding of the product: concept, architecture, infrastructure, target audience
  • Participating in the development of residential complexes alongside the product team
  • Defining the unique selling points of each residential complex
  • Identifying and developing core concepts and big ideas for the complexes
  • Analyzing competitors and the market to strengthen the product 

3. Marketing Campaign Development

  • Developing communication strategies for residential complexes
  • Collaborating with the creative team on advertising campaigns
  • Participating in the creation of marketing and creative concepts
     

4. Working with the Digital Team

  • Close collaboration with the digital team on advertising campaigns
  • Developing messages for targeted advertising
  • Setting objectives for the creation of advertising materials
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
     

5. Working with the brand and offline marketing team

  • Working in close collaboration with the brand and offline marketing team
  • Participating in the development of the overall brand strategy
  • Collaborating with PR, SMM, digital, and creative teams
  • Participating in the planning of marketing activities
     

 
6. Collaboration with the Sales Department

  • Close collaboration with the Sales Department to better understand customer needs
  • Participation in developing key messages based on customer requests
  • Analysis of feedback from the Sales Department regarding the product and communications
  • Participate in developing materials for the sales department (presentations, brochures, communication messages)
  • Collaborate on launching new offers and advertising campaigns

 

7. Offline Communications and Brand Manifestations

  • Participate in developing outdoor advertising (billboards, citylights, brand spaces)
  • Developing offline campaigns for residential complexes
  • Participating in the branding of sales centers
  • Participating in the creation of presentation materials (brochures, presentations, POS materials)

 

8. Analytics and Brand Development

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of communications
  • Analyzing the market and competitors
  • Identifying new opportunities for brand development

  • know each residential complex well

6. The brand manager works as part of the brand and offline marketing team, in close collaboration with the digital, PR, and creative teams.

Additional Information

Working hours: Mon-Fri (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
