Digital Analyst
Due to our expansion, our “Avalon” team is looking for a Digital Analyst.
Features:
- Analysis of marketing channel performance (CPL, CAC, ROMI)
- Analysis of the sales funnel at various stages of the decision-making process—from lead generation to sale.
- CRM and sales analytics (deal sources, conversion rates, response times, etc.)
- Assessment of lead quality and cross-channel attribution
- Formulation and testing of growth hypotheses (creatives, landing pages, promotional campaigns, etc.)
- Ad-hoc analytics based on department requests
- Dashboard development and reporting automation
- Verification of tracking accuracy and data integrity
- Market and competitor analysis
Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking
- SQL + Excel / Google Sheets
- BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
- Understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels
- Understanding of GA4 and other web analytics
- A/B testing
- Experience working with products involving long decision-making cycles and multiple touchpoints (calls, meetings, applications, etc.)
- Ability to present findings

Working hours: Mon-Fri (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
