Digital Analyst

Due to our expansion, our “Avalon” team is looking for a Digital Analyst.

Features:

  • Analysis of marketing channel performance (CPL, CAC, ROMI)
  • Analysis of the sales funnel at various stages of the decision-making process—from lead generation to sale.
  • CRM and sales analytics (deal sources, conversion rates, response times, etc.)
  • Assessment of lead quality and cross-channel attribution
  • Formulation and testing of growth hypotheses (creatives, landing pages, promotional campaigns, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc analytics based on department requests
  • Dashboard development and reporting automation
  • Verification of tracking accuracy and data integrity
  • Market and competitor analysis

Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking
  • SQL + Excel / Google Sheets
  • BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
  • Understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels
  • Understanding of GA4 and other web analytics
  • A/B testing
  • Experience working with products involving long decision-making cycles and multiple touchpoints (calls, meetings, applications, etc.)
  • Ability to present findings
