Direct marketing manager
Due to our expansion, our “Avalon” team is looking for a Direct Marketing Manager.
What matters to us:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM / direct marketing or related fields;
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (eSputnik, Typeform, Zapier, or similar);
- Experience with long decision-making cycles, audience segmentation, and cohort analysis;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data: analysis, interpretation of results, and conducting A/B tests;
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritizing tasks;
- Understanding of the principles of omnichannel communication and the customer journey.
What you'll be doing:
- Development and implementation of direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, messaging apps, and other channels);
- Building and developing an audience segmentation system based on CRM;
- Optimizing existing and creating new automated communication flows (customer journeys);
- Developing and supporting a direct marketing strategy focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation;
- Creating technical specifications and coordinating work with the designer, copywriter, and content team;
- Launching and adapting landing pages for direct campaigns (using no-code platforms, form services, and more);
- Regular reporting on key metrics and campaign results.

Additional Information
Working hours: Mon-Fri (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
Trial period: 3 months.
