On November 27, the Maria Zankovetska National Theater hosted a joint event organized by the jewelry brand DUKACHI, the Maria Zankovetska Theater, and Avalon, dedicated to the legendary Ukrainian actress.

For Avalon, supporting cultural initiatives in Lviv is an important part of our mission. We shape not only the architecture of the city, but also the environment in which the cultural identity of future generations grows. That is why we are delighted to be the general partner of an event that combines art, history, and modernity.

During the event, the DUKACHI brand presented the Maria jewelry collection, created in collaboration with the theater. The collection conveys the atmosphere of Maria Zankovetska's first appearance on stage and recreates the theater's stage composition in the form of jewelry.

Guests were also presented with the book “Maria Zankovetska. Despite Censorship and Patriarchy,” which combines a play by Lyudmila Timoshenko and research by Myroslava Mashkarinets, supplemented with archival photographs from the Maria Zankovetska Museum.

The evening continued with a screening of an excerpt from the immersive performance “Maria Zankovetska. Engaged to the Stage” directed by Igor Bilyts and a charity auction in support of the Unbroken rehabilitation center. All proceeds will go towards purchasing equipment to help soldiers recover from their injuries.

The joint project of DUKACHI, the Maria Zankovetska Theater, and Avalon became a combination of cultural heritage and a modern vision of the future. We are proud of the opportunity to support events that shape the cultural landscape of our city and strengthen the sense of dignity and strength of Ukrainians.
