Construction of Avalon Holiday and Holiday One is moving steadily forward—with each passing month, the project takes on new forms, dimensions, and character. What was just a blueprint yesterday is becoming a real environment for living, relaxation, and inspiration today.

Avalon Holiday Construction Progress

 

• In Section 22, work continues on the construction of walls and partitions, shaping the interior space of the future apartments.
• In Section 23, the construction of the facade walls from the 1st to the 8th floor has been completed, and the installation of window frames on the lower levels is actively underway.
• Section 24 shows significant progress: facade masonry from the 1st to the 8th floor has been completed, interior wall masonry on the 7th floor is underway, and all window frames have already been installed.
• In Section 25, work is underway on the interior walls on the 5th and 6th floors, while window installation from the 1st to the 6th floor has been completed.
• Sections 26–27 — the monolithic floor slab above the 5th floor has been completed, allowing construction to proceed to the next stages.
• In Section 28, the 6th-floor slab has been completed, and construction of the vertical elements for the 7th floor is underway.
• In Section 29, the monolithic slab for the 2nd floor has been poured.

Holiday One Construction Update

 

• Holiday One is actively moving into the final stages of interior finishing.
• In Sections 1.1–1.2, finishing work is being completed in common areas—ensuring the same high standard of quality that residents will experience every day.
• In Sections 2.1–2.2, screed and plastering work has been completed in the common areas on all floors. At the same time, facade work, cable tray installation, and the laying of water supply and sewerage utility networks are underway.
• In sections 2.3–2.4, screed and plastering work in common areas has been completed. Currently in progress are facade work, the installation of utility systems, and the laying of utility lines.
