The construction of Avalon Terra is moving forward steadily. February was a month of intensive coordination of work, well-coordinated efforts of contractors, and systematic progress of the project toward the final stages in some sections. We are maintaining the set pace, combining speed with quality control at every stage — after all, Avalon Terra is shaping a new approach to comfort class, where thoughtfulness and style become the standard.

 

• In section 1.1, facade work and elevator equipment installation are actively underway — the space is gradually taking on its final architectural form.
• In sections 1.2–1.3, masonry work is being completed, roofing work is continuing, and the installation of metal-plastic windows is being finalized. This is an important stage that shapes the thermal and energy efficiency of future apartments.
• Section 1.4 is already showing a high degree of readiness: facade work, plastering in common areas, and elevator installation have been completed. Work has also been done on the flooring and fencing of loggias and balconies. Work on the installation of sewer networks is currently underway.
• In sections 1.5–1.6, masonry, roofing, and waterproofing of loggias and balconies have been completed. Plastering work in the MZK and installation of elevator equipment have been finished. At the same time, work is underway on laying sewer networks, and the facades are in the process of active construction.
• In sections 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3, monolithic work on the eighth floor and masonry work on the first floor have been completed. Monolithic work on the ninth floor and installation of ventilation units are ongoing. Stained glass structures have also been installed, giving the complex a modern architectural feel.

 

The completion of all functional and decorative work in the designer lobby of section 5.2 deserves special attention. This is an example of what the overall style of Avalon Terra will be — laconic, modern, with an emphasis on textures, light, and a sense of space.
