Today, Avalon and Lviv Polytechnic National University officially signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document was signed by the Rector of the University, Avalon’s Director of Marketing and Sales, and the company’s HR Director. For us, this is an important, symbolic and at the same time practical step — the beginning of a systematic partnership with long-term value for both education and the market.

Lviv Polytechnic is one of the strongest technical universities in Ukraine, which for decades has been shaping the country’s engineering, architectural and management community. It is here that students are educated who already have the potential to influence what Ukrainian cities will look like tomorrow. For Avalon, as a developer that has been shaping Lviv and setting modern housing standards for more than 11 years, supporting high-quality education is not only a matter of social responsibility, but also a strategic investment in the future of the industry.

The signing of the memorandum became the first step towards multi-directional cooperation. The focus also includes joint competitions, student projects, and work on relevant challenges in development, architecture, marketing, project management and urban development.
