до 23 March 2026

On March 21, a career fair organized by the Kharkiv School of Architecture took place in Lviv—an event that brought together over 120 students from various cities across Ukraine, industry experts, and leading companies. This year’s theme—“Architecture as a Space of Possibilities”—served as a meeting point for ideas, experience, and new professional directions.

For Avalon, participating in the event is about more than just being present. It’s about an open dialogue with young people who are already shaping the future of architecture and development today. Throughout the day at our booth, the HR team introduced participants to the company, discussed career development opportunities, first-time work experiences, and the benefits of working at Avalon. Guests had the opportunity not only to learn more about career opportunities but also to experience the brand’s atmosphere through live interaction and symbolic gifts.

A highlight of the event was the panel discussion “Architecture as a Fan of Opportunities,” featuring Kateryna Kovalchuk, Head of the Technical Support and Quality Control Department at Avalon. In her presentation, she shared practical experience working with modern architecture that not only looks good but also functions effectively—through real-world case studies, solutions, and approaches that shape a high-quality urban environment.

The event’s partners include leading market players, such as AVR Development, ABMK, and Avalon. This format of interaction gives students the opportunity not only to be inspired but also to gain a real-world understanding of the market: how companies operate, what skills are in demand today, and where to seek their first professional experience.

For Avalon, participating in such initiatives is a systematic effort to shape the industry’s future. We are convinced that strong projects start with strong people. That is why it is important to stand by those who are just beginning to chart their path and to open up opportunities for them that translate into experience, growth, and tangible results.
