Construction at Avalon Yard continues to progress actively across several phases. While the structural framework of the future buildings is taking shape in the new sections, finishing work, the installation of utility systems, and landscaping are underway in the buildings that have already been completed.

In Section 8.4, excavation work has been completed, and preparations for the start of monolithic concrete work have begun. In Section 8.5, the parking lot has been completed, and builders have already finished the vertical structures of the first floor.

Meanwhile, Sections 8.6 and 8.7 have reached an important milestone—the monolithic frames are fully complete. In Section 8.6, masonry work on the exterior walls of the second and third floors is already underway, while in Section 8.8, the first-floor slab has been poured and the erection of the second-floor vertical structures continues.

Buildings in the final stages of construction are also showing active progress.

In sections 5.1–5.3, facade work and interior finishing have been completed. The internal water supply, sewer, electrical, and low-voltage systems have been fully installed. Elevators have been installed, boilers have been set up in the apartments, and flooring work in the parking garage and on the balconies has been completed. Currently, the final stage of installing gas supply lines and installing railings for stairwells and balconies is underway.

In sections 6.1–6.3, the installation of wet and ventilated facades is nearing completion, and finishing work on common areas is underway. All interior utility systems have already been installed; elevators, boilers, and apartment doors are being installed, and fire protection systems are being put in place.

In sections 7.1–7.3, facade work and the finishing of common areas are in their final stages. The installation of internal utility networks has been completed; elevators and boilers have been installed; and work is underway on the installation of fencing and fire protection systems.

At the same time, the area surrounding the complex is undergoing significant changes. Paving work on the promenade has been completed; fencing is being installed, and paving continues on the side facing Skhidna Street. Landscaping has begun on the Zamartynivska Street side; waterproofing work is underway in the inner courtyard; the installation of underground waste collection containers is nearing completion; and outdoor lighting networks are being laid.

Each completed stage brings Avalon Yard closer to the final realization of its vision for a modern residential space. We remain on schedule with construction and will continue to keep our clients regularly informed about the progress of the work and the next stages of the project’s development.
