The team continues to actively implement the project, and today we’re sharing the latest results of the work completed.

In sections 1.1–1.2, the finishing of common areas and the installation of all internal utility systems have been fully completed. Work in the parking garage is nearing completion, with final finishing touches underway, while landscaping of the surrounding grounds is actively proceeding in parallel. These spaces will eventually become the setting for daily gatherings, relaxation, and a comfortable life for future residents.

In sections 2.1–2.2, construction is also entering its final stages. Facade work and the installation of utility systems are in their final stages, while interior finishing of common areas continues. Each of these processes contributes to creating a high-quality and functional space where every detail matters.

Work is also actively underway in Sections 2.3–2.4. Here, interior finishing of common areas has begun, while facade work and the installation of utility systems are nearing completion. This is another important stage in the project’s implementation, which is gradually taking on its final form.
