Avalon Magnolia is a project where business class transcends conventional notions of housing and transforms into a holistic living environment. A space where comfort begins not only with the apartment itself, but with every detail around it: from thoughtful architecture and communal spaces to services that will become part of the daily lives of future residents. 

Construction of the complex is currently proceeding on schedule, with work underway simultaneously in several sections of the site. 

In Section 5.1, brickwork has been completed from the second floor to the roof level, and roofing work has been fully completed. Brickwork is currently underway on the first floor of the commercial spaces and in the parking garage. Window installation is complete, plastering has begun, and work continues on the future designer lobby and site preparation for landscaping. 

In Section 5.2, work is actively underway on the construction of interior and exterior walls from the parking level to the roof. Brickwork is already about 70% complete, and the installation of window frames on the second floor will begin shortly. 

Section 5.3 is also showing progress. Here, the installation of window frames has been completed, as well as plastering work on the first through sixth floors. At the same time, formwork installation for the floor slab is underway. Separately, work on the vertical structures of the underground parking garage has been completed. 

Construction of the complex’s new sections is actively underway. In Section 6.1, the installation of the underground parking garage’s vertical structures has been completed, along with the parking garage floor slab and the vertical elements of the first floor. Currently, the construction team is working on installing formwork for the second-floor slab and performing waterproofing of the vertical structures. 

In Section 6.2, the installation of the parking garage’s vertical structures, the underground level’s floor slab, and the vertical elements of the first and second floors has been completed. The second-floor slab has been poured, and work on waterproofing the structures is proceeding in parallel. 

Avalon Magnolia is being created as a space where every element contributes to quality of life. In the future, residents will have access to their own spa area, a library, a modern coworking space, fitness areas, and designer communal spaces and services that will allow them to have more time for themselves and their loved ones. 

That is why today’s construction progress is not just about new floors and structures. It is another step toward creating a new business-class format in Lviv, where housing becomes part of a well-thought-out lifestyle, and every detail of the environment fosters a sense of comfort every day.
