Avalon Terra is a next-generation living space where modern architecture, nature, and thoughtful design come together to create a truly unique lifestyle. Located next to a park, the project combines privacy, functionality, and a peaceful atmosphere while remaining part of an active urban environment. 

Avalon Terra is being created as an environment where every architectural and engineering solution is designed to enhance residents’ comfort, ensure the space’s longevity, and preserve the property’s investment value for the future. The team continues to actively implement the project and shares updates on the current progress of construction. 

Section 1.1 

Work on the facades is ongoing in this section. Plastering work in common areas has been completed, as has the installation of elevator equipment and the laying of MZK screeds. 

Plumbing work on the installation of water supply and sewerage systems in the apartments is in its final stages. Work is also underway on the installation of aluminum stained-glass structures in the lobby and the enclosures for loggias and balconies. 

Sections 1.2–1.3 

In these sections, the installation of window frames has been completed, the loggias and balconies have been finished, and all roofing work has been completed. 

Plastering work in common areas and the installation of elevator equipment have also been completed. 

Section 1.4

In this section, the installation of elevator equipment, plastering of the exterior walls, and the installation of floor screeds in common areas have been completed. 

The final stage of installing the internal gas networks is currently underway. 

Sections 1.5–1.6 

In these sections, plumbing work has been completed to install water supply and sewer systems in the apartments; facade work and the cladding of loggias and balconies have been finished; and elevator equipment has been installed. 

Work is ongoing on the installation of aluminum stained-glass lobby structures, internal gas networks, and the enclosure of loggias and balconies. 

In the underground parking garage, the fire suppression system has been installed, and plumbing and electrical work has been completed. 

Sections 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 

All concrete work and the installation of ventilation units have been completed in these sections. 

Section 5.1 

Work on erecting wall structures has been completed, window installations have been carried out, and roofing work is ongoing. 

Section 5.3 

Final work on erecting interior and exterior walls is ongoing in this section. 

Sections 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 

Excavation work has been completed for Section 7.1, and work on the foundation slab is ongoing. 

Engineering Work 

Installation of ventilation systems is underway in all sections of the complex.
