How can productivity be maintained in a world of constant change? Why is team energy becoming a strategic business resource? And what role does responsible leadership play in shaping the future of the labor market?
These and other questions were addressed at the 3rd Lviv Human Capital Forum 2026, held under the theme “Human Capital 2032: The City of Human Advantage.” The event brought together representatives from the business community, the expert community, and executives to discuss key contemporary challenges: human capital development, new competencies, corporate culture, and the future of work in the age of artificial intelligence.
Avalon’s Chief Operating Officer, Yaroslav Voznyak, participated in the forum as a panelist in the discussion titled “Energy—The New Currency: The Longevity of Productivity.”

The discussion centered on rethinking productivity as a result not only of professional competencies but also of physical and emotional well-being, intrinsic motivation, quality of management, and the ability of teams to maintain effectiveness over the long term.
Joining Yaroslav Voznyak in the discussion were Valentin Muzhanovsky, a mobility expert and representative of the international methodologies of the Gray Institute and Procedos in Ukraine; Kateryna Agapos, Business Development Partner at Wellbeing Company; Alla Yurchuk, Head of Corporate Partnerships and Communications at the Astarta-Kyiv agro-industrial holding; Julian Golik, Director of St. Panteleimon Hospital. The discussion was moderated by Anna Yegorova, Head of the Department of Training, Development, and Team Collaboration at Naftogaz Group.
Modern leadership goes far beyond managing processes and results. For Avalon, it’s also about the ability to build strong teams, foster a culture of mutual accountability, and strike a balance between ambitious business goals and the people who help achieve them.
That is why investing in teams, a culture of collaboration, and an environment for professional development is just as important as investing in technology, innovation, and development solutions.

Participating in the Lviv Human Capital Forum is an opportunity to engage in a professional dialogue about the future of Ukrainian business, exchange experiences, and collaboratively shape approaches to responsible leadership.
After all, strong companies build strong teams. And strong teams build cities where people want to live, work, and grow.
