Summer is memorable not for the number of plans, but for the moments you want to relive. This was the inspiration behind our decision to organize the “Summer in the Courtyard” family festival for Avalon Flex residents—a day that reminded us once again that the best memories are made right nearby; all you have to do is step out into your own courtyard.

A modern residential complex is much more than just apartments. It’s a space where children make friends, parents get to know their neighbors, and an ordinary summer evening turns into a warm gathering for the entire community.

That’s why we filled the Avalon Flex courtyard with children’s laughter, creativity, and activities. For our youngest residents, we set up a large fence for coloring, where everyone could leave their own drawing, face painting, cheerful entertainers hosting contests with prizes, as well as favorite summer treats—cotton candy and small gifts to commemorate the day.

A special part of the celebration was a charity initiative we carried out together with our partner, the Beskweet confectionery. Throughout the event, anyone who wished could purchase sweets in exchange for a charitable donation, and all proceeds were donated to support the “Ridni” Charitable Foundation.

We particularly value the fact that such events not only foster a spirit of good neighborliness but also bring people together around a common cause. When even a small donation becomes part of a larger effort to help others, an ordinary celebration takes on even deeper meaning.

At Avalon, we believe that a high-quality living environment is shaped by more than just architecture or landscaping. It is born where there is trust, shared traditions, and a desire to spend time together. It is precisely these moments that transform the courtyard into a place for gatherings, new friendships, and childhood memories that last for years.

“Summer in the Courtyard” has once again proven that the space near home can be a place of joy, lively interaction, and mutual support. And we’re glad that, together with residents and our partners, we can create initiatives that simultaneously bring joy, strengthen the community, and help those in need.
