Construction of Avalon Holiday is underway so that very soon you’ll be able to watch the sunrise by the lake, spend your evenings on the promenade, and enjoy life in a space designed for relaxation and comfort.

The team continues to actively work on all phases of the project. In sections 22–24, work on the masonry of walls and partitions is nearing completion. Roof waterproofing and the installation of VEKA window frames have been fully completed, and facade work has begun. At the same time, the installation of water supply, sewer, and fire protection systems is underway in both the parking garage and the residential part of the building.

In Section 25, the construction of the facade walls from the first to the sixth floor has been completed; the roof has been waterproofed; VEKA window frames have been installed; and elevator equipment has been put in place. Work has also begun on applying gypsum plaster to the walls in common areas. At the same time, the installation of internal utility systems—including water supply, sewer, and fire protection systems—is continuing.

Concrete work has been completed in sections 26–29. In section 28, masonry work on the exterior and interior walls and partitions on the first three floors is underway.

Construction of the next phases is also progressing actively. In sections 30–31, preparatory work has been completed, including excavation, concrete preparation, and installation of the foundation slab. Work is currently underway on the monolithic vertical structures of the building’s underground portion.

In Sections 32–33, the preparatory phase of foundation work has been completed, and the installation of the monolithic foundation slab is continuing.

In Section 34, the team is performing earthwork and concrete preparation for the foundation slab of the future building.

Each completed stage brings Avalon Holiday closer to the moment when it will become a place where nature, modern architecture, and the comforts of everyday life come together in a single space.
