Avalon UP is steadily approaching a key milestone — when one of the company’s largest projects becomes a new vertical landmark of the city. Step by step, we are shaping a space that combines contemporary architecture, technology, and a new level of comfort. Very soon, future residents will be able to see Lviv from a new height — as Avalon UP is the tallest residential building in Western Ukraine.

January became another month of visible progress. Construction continues at a stable pace, in line with the approved schedule, with an unwavering focus on execution quality and the long-term reliability of every structural solution.

Key stages completed as of January 2026:

• The reinforced concrete frame of the 28th floor has been completed.
• Bricklaying of the external walls has been completed up to the 25th floor.
• Internal brickwork is ongoing: completed up to the 12th floor.
• Windows and Natural Light for Future Apartments

The installation of window structures is actively continuing. As of today, installation has been completed up to the 22nd floor. This is an important stage that not only shapes the building’s appearance, but also impacts further interior works and the energy efficiency of the apartments.

Engineering Networks: The Heart of the Building

In parallel with structural works, the installation of engineering infrastructure is progressing actively. It is this system that will ensure comfortable and safe living for residents in the future.

• Water supply — installation completed up to the 4th floor.
• Sewerage networks — installed up to the 4th floor.
• Stormwater drainage — installed up to the 12th floor.
• Heating system — installation in progress up to the 4th floor.
• Electrical networks — installed up to the 4th floor.

Façade: Architecture That Shapes the Skyline

Another important direction is façade works. As of January, façade installation has been completed up to the 12th floor. This is one of the key stages that highlights the character of the project and gradually forms the recognizable silhouette of Avalon UP.
